Flourishing: Beyond Burnout with Stephanie Hubach

Are you suffering from burnout? Stephanie Hubach joins Karen Hodge to share her own experience with burnout, some of the signs and what to do to go from burnout to flourishing.

5 Diagnostic Questions:
1. How has God uniquely created me at the core of my temperament?
How do those core qualities manifest in their most positive and negative ways?
2. How am I experiencing my weakness?
3. Have I embraced my finiteness?
4. Where am I experiencing frustration in my life?
5.Where is my fuel source coming from, the fear of man or the fear of God?
