Is your spirit hungry? Today, Rondi Lauterbach joins Karen Hodge to talk about how God’s Word feeds our souls. Rondi shares her heart for teaching women to study the Bible and some easy and practical tips to help us feast on any passage of Scripture.
Discussion Questions:
- What does spiritual hunger look like?
- Is your soul hungry? What does it feel to “run on empty” spiritually?
- What does it look like to feast on Christ?
- How does being with others improve a meal? How does that translate to being a part of a Bible Study?
- If we are all spiritually hungry, why don’t we eat?
- Where do you see people turn to be fed instead of God’s Word?
- Why is it important to focus on our hunger before we begin to feast?
- How does Karen guide us in looking at our hunger?
- What are some of the ways Rondi equips us to “prepare,” “cook,” & “eat” from God’s Word?
About the Speaker:
Rondi Lauterbach
Rondi is a pastor’s wife who has been a friend and encourager to women in their life’s callings. She is a mother, grandmother, Bible study leader, Pilates teacher, and fierce competitor at all board games. Her journey to find true satisfaction for her own hunger began during her struggles to navigate life through marriage, babies, cross-country moves, and ministry. Those early years convinced her of two things: that God knows the true hunger of our hearts, and that He delights to feed us with His Word about Christ.
