Project Description
Connecting women to key doctrine and Women’s Ministry topics. Use this video for your own personal encouragement or share them with your Women’s Ministry to invite women to connect in conversation around these truths. Here are some questions to get you started as well as some resources to dig deeper on this topic.
Questions to connect around:
1. How would you answer the question: What do you do or where do run when leadership takes its toll?
2. Consider the leaders mentioned and write down your take-aways from their stories:
- Moses – Read Exodus 18
- Miriam – Read Numbers 12
- Elijah – Read I Kings 18 & 19
3. How have your eyes been blinded as a leader?
4. Do you…
- See yourself rightly? Ascertaining your current physical, emotional and spiritual health.
- See expectations both individual and those from others as realistic or unrealistic?
- See opportunities where you could delegate work to others?
- See others who regularly enable you to see the truth of who God is and what He is calling you to be more clearly?
