This gathering is designed for paid (part-time or full-time) women who serve and disciple other adult women in the church.
Examples include Director of Women’s Ministry, Discipleship Coordinator for Women, Congregational Care Coordinator, and others. If you have questions about who should attend, please contact Karen Hodge, khodge@pcanet.org.

Early Registration fee: $275 (by 8/15/26)
Includes registration, Monday dinner, Tuesday lunch and dinner. Does NOT include hotel cost.
Registration Deadline: 9/30/26; cost is $290 if registered after 8/15/26.

Favorite Things to Swap
We invite you to bring three of your favorite things to swap and go home with three unique gifts. Examples: favorite pen, ministry giveaway, mid-afternoon work snack, note cards you like to share, favorite verse written on a card, etc. These favorite things will help build a bridge to tell the story that God is writing in your life and leadership as you connect with some of your new favorite people. Note, these need not be expensive.
