WE exist to connect and support PCA elders’ wives for the strengthening of Christ’s Church
We are excited to announce new WE co-leaders

Katie Polski
Teaching Elders’ Wives Advisor
Katie Polski is a writer, Bible teacher, and speaker. She is married to Chris, a pastor at Trinity church in St. Louis, MO, and is a mother to three wonderful kids and one wonderful son-in-law. Katie works as the Director of Music Ministries and Special Events at Trinity and writes for several Christian ministries and organizations. She received her Master of Arts in Theology from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis and is author of Beyond the Back Row: Rediscovering the Beauty of the Local Church for your Family and You are a Child of God (releasing with New Growth Press in August 2026).
“I’m excited about this new role serving wives of elders and pastors. I believe we will build on the historic strength of women’s ministry as a connectional, relational network while moving it toward deeper discipleship. Elders’ wives often carry unique joys and burdens in relative isolation, yet they long for accessible discipleship, resourcing, and the assurance that they are not alone. I’m excited to help steward seasoned wisdom and shared experience of elders’ wives in a way that enhances our service to our churches for the glory of God.”

Cheryl Mullis
Ruling Elders’ Wives Advisor
Cheryl Mullis serves as the Director of Discipleship at Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Annapolis, Maryland, where she provides leadership in discipleship by developing curriculum, building ministry teams, and mentoring and training leaders. She loves studying and teaching God’s Word and is committed to cultivating Word-based and relationally-driven discipleship within the local church. Cheryl has served as the Northeast Regional Advisor on the PCA’s National Women’s Ministry Team. She is a speaker at retreats and women’s events and has contributed to various CDM publications. Cheryl is currently pursuing a Master of Biblical Studies at Covenant Theological Seminary. Cheryl lives in Annapolis with her husband Don, a Ruling Elder, and enjoys family life with their children and grandchildren.
“I have a deep heart for the wives who faithfully walk alongside their husbands in church leadership, often carrying both visible and unseen burdens. Having lived in ministry for many years alongside my husband Don, a Ruling Elder in the PCA, I understand the joys, challenges, and sacrifices that accompany this calling. I count it a privilege to come alongside other elders’ wives to provide resources, connection, and encouragement so that they are equipped to serve faithfully, churches are strengthened, and God is glorified.”
